We have dedicated service personnel for remote and onsite support. We never rely on contractors to service our units. All our service techs are Patterson or manufacturer employees with special training in CT.

We service systems from all 5 major manufactures: GE, Siemens, Toshiba, Phillips, and Samsung. For each system, we guarantee 95% uptimes or you will be compensated on a prorated basis.

With competitive pricing and our unique, veterinary specific shared-risk agreements, you will never pay for more than you need.

Patterson employs over 70 service techs to keep all your equipment up and running. From autoclaves to CT's, we visit your practice quarterly to maintain, optimize and update your equipment.
